The company has reinforced its workplace safety responsibilities by promptly convening a dedicated emergency meeting, improving its emergency response system, carrying out comprehensive safety inspections, and strengthening emergency duty arrangements. Through these coordinated measures, Yahgee has established a comprehensive and multi-layered defense against flood and typhoon risks to safeguard its facilities, employees, and assets.
Following the issuance of the typhoon warning, Yahgee remained on high alert, firmly upholding the principle of "People First, Life First" and resolutely avoiding complacency or relaxed vigilance. On the morning of July 9, the company organized a comprehensive deployment meeting on flood and typhoon preparedness, during which participants studied General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on flood control and disaster relief, communicated the flood and typhoon prevention requirements issued by provincial, municipal, and group authorities, and made detailed arrangements for key tasks including risk inspections, work suspension and evacuation where necessary, emergency resource preparedness, and duty rosters.
To ensure coordinated and efficient emergency management across the company, Yahgee established a unified emergency command structure by forming a Flood and Typhoon Emergency Response Leading Group headed by the company's principal executive, with members of the management team serving as deputy leaders. The leading group is responsible for coordinating personnel, emergency supplies, and equipment, while directing risk inspections, emergency rescue operations, personnel evacuation, and other response activities.
Upon activation of the emergency response mechanism, Yahgee and all its affiliated units implemented a 24-hour on-duty system, with management on duty around the clock and designated personnel stationed at key locations. An emergency alert and response mechanism was fully activated, while duty personnel conducted continuous on-site inspections to ensure that any potential hazards could be identified and addressed immediately.

Meanwhile, Yahgee replenished and strategically pre-positioned emergency supplies, reinforced doors and windows, secured or relocated temporary canopy materials, and prepared sufficient quantities of sandbags to ensure effective response capability throughout the typhoon and heavy rainfall period.
